The hotel's location is pretty convenient. It is near the metro station. I found taxis readily available outside the hotel. The breakfast offered AMAZING variety.
I experienced quite long waiting times. I found this affected my stay.

walid is a professional. he ensured the room was comfortable with good service. breakfast was very good, and lunch was also enjoyable. the pool, spa, and gym facilities were all in good condition..
the pillows reminded me of thin slices of bread. the bathroom was small. the fridge freezer made a humming noise that kept me awake at night.

The breakfast was quite a letdown! everyone else was complaining as well. zero to little variety of food was available. the staff at breakfast seemed lost and absent minded. I asked multiple times for a baby chair and was completely ignored until i stood up and got it myself! i also did not like the kitchen. It had no utensils or dustbin.

the corner room was quite large. it included a fridge and a microwave. a wash machine was available like a mini kitchen. free shuttle buses take guests to the beach and malls.
pillows felt too soft. i found the business lounge to be lacking. there were some instances of staff using phones instead of helping guests. the children rule also seemed to be ignored.
